Wine-making method

Traditionnal Method (formely known as Champenoise Method).

After pressing and first fermentation, the wine is matured then bottled for the second fermentation, which takes at least 9 months. After the mousse is formed in the bottled, the sediment is eliminated.


Wine characteristics

Sparkling dry wine with an attractive clear colour, 12° proof. This wine is characterised by the apple and green fruit flavours characteristics of the Clairette vine. The refined nature of its foam ans its lightness make it a very elegant wine.

CREMANT DE DIE is a prestige extra dry wine. Made from the Clairette vine, it is the only CREMANT in the range of great vintage wines from the Rhône Valley.


Wine/food harmony

Appreciated as an aperitif and at coktail parties. It is a wine to drink at celebrations, and will also be enjoyed throughout a meal.


Serving suggestions

Serve very cool (6 to 8°). Keep the bottles on their side away from heat and light.
